FAQ
Q: What makes a custom piece?
A: Anything outside of a regular “shop drop” is considered custom. The piece(s) are made specifically for you!
Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: Depending on the number of individual items and intricacy of your design, it can take anywhere from 3-10 weeks. During the holidays it can be even longer when I have several projects going on at once. I will always be in touch with you about timing, especially if it is going to take longer than expected.
Q: How much do custom orders cost?
A: Prices vary depending on what you are ordering, details based on artworks are below. for anything under $100 I request payment up front. Anything priced beyond $100 I request a 50% deposit up front to reserve your order and the remaining 50% plus shipping once the piece is ready to be sent out. Shipping costs range from $15-$25 depending on the weight and size of the piece.
If I am creating something outside of my usual designs, we can discuss your personal budget to work within. If I can’t totally determine the future cost of a piece, I will offer a range of prices or we could discuss a “design fee” where you send payment for a miniature model/ rough draft in order to give me more information about the time it might take to create the final product. You will have the option of keeping the model once the final piece is done.
payment options:
I accept all forms of online payment. Venmo friend exchange is preferred as they don’t take any fees. However if you don’t have Venmo, I can create a Square invoice for you to pay with a credit/debit card, or PayPal is also fine.
